In the game: ctrl+space+i = InvincibilityIn the menu: ctrl+space+m = In the garage you have 700000

Edit garage.ini with notepad or a text editor and change the prices for anything you want.

Edit menu.ini to edit the money for the current saved game with a text editor

Cop-mode:

Use name: Copland; Then choose a car and play the game.
